Before you start Vermox treatment, let your doctor about any other prescription or non-prescription medicine you are consuming.
FDA has categorized Vermox as Pregnancy category C medicine. Do not take Vermox without consulting your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breast-feeding. Pinworm is spread very easily to others in close contact with the infected person. Treatment of family members and other close contacts may be necessary. To sanitize, clothing and linens should be washed in hot water.
If threadworm re-infection occurs after two weeks, then consult your Doctor. You Doctor may repeat the treatment.
